Rachel Boloyan serves as Controller at Armenia Tree Project, where she built the organization’s finance function from the ground up. Upon joining ATP in 2003, she established the Controller role and developed comprehensive internal controls, along with policies and procedures governing all financial operations.
Rachel oversees all financial activity and ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting across the organization. She works closely with the Financial Manager in ATP’s Yerevan, Armenia office to support alignment, compliance, and strong operational efficiency.
Highly detail-oriented, Rachel is known for bringing accuracy and accountability to her work. Her structured approach and commitment to strong financial oversight play a key role in supporting the organization’s stability and growth.
